I began my career as a teacher and program administrator at a reputable developmental preschool in Costa Mesa, where I laid the foundation for a deep understanding of early childhood development. Later, my work as a Special Education Aide allowed me to advocate and care for elementary school students with moderate to severe disabilities and those who were medically fragile.

As a postpartum doula, I combine my extensive experience in the education sector with my personal love for caring for littles. By using supportive, evidence-based care, I also nurture new parents during the transformative early weeks of parenthood. My mission is to empower families with compassionate guidance, whether it’s through mentoring in newborn care and routines, feeding support, listening to your birth story, providing emotional reassurance, and encouraging the new mom to rest, heal, and bond as a family.

On a personal note, I was raised in Costa Mesa and live in Newport Beach. I am a proud mother of two beautiful grown children, and thrilled to be a grandmother to a resilient NICU graduate (now a thriving 2-year-old). I have always been the go-to babysitter, a devoted mentor mama, and a special needs advocate.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish simple joys—spending time with family and friends, being at the beach, walking the Back Bay or Balboa Island with my sweet dog, embracing my faith and church community, reading, music and the finding beauty in each day’s little miracles.

It is a privilege to walk alongside you to support you in this postpartum journey, helping you create a nurturing, comfortable, and confident home for your family during one of life’s most precious and overwhelming transitions.
